Would you like to have more balance and serenity in your life?

If you are looking for something to improve your health, decrease your stress level, improve your sleep or feel happier and more fulfilled in your life, meditation is the solution for you. Regular practice of this ancient discipline will allow you to rediscover a sense of well-being and general positivity and confidence. 

 

Svaroopa® Vidya meditation is for everyone, it is easy, reliable and effective because it comes directly from an ancient lineage of sages who have passed these profound teachings from one generation to the next up to the modern sages: Bhagawan Nityananda (1897 -1961), Swami Muktananda (1908-1982) and my spiritual teacher Swami Nirmalananda Saraswati. The Sages promise that through meditation you will come to know your deepest essence, what yoga calls the “Self,” and that with regular practice you will be able to live your life from this profound dimension of your being.

 I offer 2 different course formats so you can choose the one that best suits you:

“Introduction to meditation” and “Learn to meditate”.

 Both courses are open to All.

INTRODUCTION TO
MEDITATION

During this introductory course you will experience a taste of the many benefits of Svaroopa® Vidya meditation. It will give you a great start in applying what you've learned on your own, helping you bring a new perspective into your life. 

This course can also be your first step towards the more in-depth 3 week course.

LEARN TO MEDITATE

If you want a deeper meditation experience, this is the course for you.

During this 3-week course Nicoletta will guide you through a journey to discover the "Self" so that you can know your deepest essence. This profound inner experience will bring a new perspective and a new positive approach to life.

During each 2-hour weekly session, you will be seated in a comfortable position and learn the meaning and goal of Svaroopa® Vidya meditation. After a period of meditation, there will be time to share, discuss and ask questions.

At the end of the course you will be ready to include meditation practice in your daily life.
