SVAROOPA®YOGA
Svaroopa® is a gentle and deep style of yoga, which uses variations of classic asanas practiced with the support of blankets, blocks and chairs. In Svaroopa® yoga, in addition to support, alignments are also very important. It is the combination of these two elements that, personalized for each student, allows the muscles of the body to release deep tensions and lengthen spontaneously, without anything being forced.
This practice also develops a profound awareness and inner serenity, which helps to re-establish a new physical, mental and emotional well-being, capable of accompanying students not only during class, but progressively in their everyday lives.
This experience of inner serenity is defined as 'svaroopa' in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali (sutra 1.3) from which this style of yoga takes its name. Svaroopa® yoga was created in the USA by Swami Nirmalananda Saraswati, disciple of the spiritual master Swami Muktananda (1902-1982).
CLASSES
We already have so much pressure in our daily lives, yoga shouldn't be another opportunity to push you to perform. Svaroopa® yoga customizes poses according to the needs of each student, to easily release deep tensions, allowing you to live with ease always, not just while practicing yoga.
The classes are suitable for everyone, regardless the level of experience and fitness.

WORKSHOPS
Workshops are a great way to get started with yoga, deepen your practice and rekindle your love for yoga.
I offer workshops throughout the year and beginners are always welcome.
RELAXATION CLUB
A 'space' where everyone can 'find themselves'. Thanks to yoga techniques of pranayama (ujjayi pranayama) and yoga nidra you will feel energized and relaxed at the same time. This feeling of well-being will give you an inner serenity that is essential for facing daily stress with renewed energy and positivity.
During the session you will be lying in shavasana – yoga’s relaxation pose - and you will be guided by the teacher.
Weekly sessions are 30 minutes long.

YOGA AT WORK
The well-being of people working together, in any working environment, is fundamental to its success. It is now scientifically proven that yoga practices help reduce the effects of both mental and physical stress, improving people's quality of life, making them more serene, happier and more open to others.
When we feel good everything we do works out for the best!
